The book was given christmas 1938 to a soldier in recognition of good services in the radio service of 5th battery og flakregiment 38. Signed by the lieutenant and battery chief Heis[?].

The term Luftwaffenhelfer/Flakhelfer (air force helper/flak helper) was the official name for 15- to 17-year-old high school students born 1926-1928, and used from February 1943 as part of the Reich defense in the air war.
