HJ golden leader sports badge with very high number

Just wanted to discuss the badge so I copied UTH1308's original post from the high/low badge number list. It would indeed be the highest award serial for this badge that we have seen on the forum. Looking at the badge though it is missing the dimpling between the letters on the obverse and the grooves in the swastica arms have poor detail. Also, no striations on the numbers on the reverse. What does everyone think of this one? The HJ leader decathlon was still being held in 1944 so theoretically there will have been personnel who could have qualified for the badge at that time. Having sai8d that, this badge is approx 6000 serials higher than the highest for which there is proof of award. See here:
