The badge looks alright to me and the price is comparable to a few other examples offered by various dealers.

I've never really understood why these badges are so expensive. It's the same thing with the small KLV badges that command silly prices even though they were given, for a time, to anyone who attended a KLV camp. I mentioned it here a few years back in a different discussion but the 1934 Hochlandlager items are souvenirs that were available to buy at the event, probably also in the run-up to it. Little is known, by me at any rate, about the different versions that are around today.
