HJ Small Sympathiser buckle for your opinions.

Good afternoon All,

I was looking at all the great and rare buckles, and noticed this thread has not had any posts for a while, so I thought I would post photos of the recent buckle added to my small collection.
It is not a rare HJ/Youth Sympathiser buckle but the condition is great. What surprised me was the size of the buckle.

Normal: 45mm high
Small: 35mm high
This buckle is 30 mm high x 45mm wide.

Is there a larger version of this buckle ?

I myself have had several of these sympathizer buckles, and none of them have been 45 mm high - they have all been in the order of approx. 30 - 35 mm.


I mean the size 45mm only applies to the regular HJ buckles (and other regular belt buckles) and these sympathizer buckles are not covered by RZM or other regulations.

The "sa style" sympathizer I show is 35mm in height.
Below is a really small one with original belt.. so yeah.. no standard sizes, but the most are the size what mkholst posted before.

Here a part of a leaflet from the company Berg & Nolte
with various of these buckles and sizes. They are (and
so by other companies) not indicated as symphatisers,
but as NSDAP youth and sports.
