HJ Torches? Gies Wachstackel?

Hello all
I have seen these items pop up recently. Cant say I have seen them prior to this year. Can anyone help give me a definitfe answer on these? I know these sort of item exist (I will add a photo below of such torch in use)

This is one of those items where a call to the company would give clarity. I remember doing the same with a "HJ" drum years back. A company rep provided proof that the item was actually made in the 1960s. The Gies company was founded in 1899 and is still around today so these torches may well be legit from the period but as I say, a call would clear it up straight away I would think - especially as these torches appear to be on offer from multiple sources.
