Hi guys - OK, I will admit my stupidity upfront. 
I didn't FULLY explore this forum before purchasing a silver HJ proficiency badge, and I got one with the dreaded "S" ... from a reportedly very reputable dealer (but a first time purchase for me). It just arrived so I may be able to return it. However, since I committed the sin, I figure I should take some detailed photos and share for the sake of discussion. Once I examine it closely, it seems like there are some very clear flaws on the reverse and sides. Since the seller has a strong reputation with others and I just received the item, I might stand a chance to return it in short order.
Any thoughts or validations from you all? I welcome and value your opinions! Many pictures to follow ...
