Good morning everyone, i'd like to have some opinion about this bdm wimpel with the rzm tag, probably the numbers and city name has been added in """diy""" way. Many thanks in advance!

The pennant itself is good, but it's hard to say for sure about the later embroidery. It could be from the original period, but it could also have been added later.

The original pennant appears to be a " Jungmädelschaft " pennant.
 
Could it be a good clue?? I mean Why would someone add details to an original piece that would only generate suspect rather than increase its value?
