Is it possible to identify where these group of lads come from? (bann or organization)

Early Landjahr is my opinion. Early because of the black triangle later replaced by green. Other possibility is Bann L (Nürnberg) but would be very odd to have Bann number, in this case letter, on the drum

If you do not own the original photo (which would show more clearly wether the photo has been altered) I would even doubt it is HJ at all.
I would suggest that the Wimpel was reconstructed to be a HJ Wimpel.
I do not see a clear Gebiets- or Landjahrdreieck.
I do not see a clear Armband and I do not see a clear HJ Beltbuckle.
I do not see a Hj-knife on anyone and I do not see a scarf on any of the lads.
The letter is an L, whatever it ment. But maybe it is just my old eyes...
