Hi all I am wondering if this is a possible HJ brotbeutel?. I have seen similar ones but they have also stated it could be allgemeine SS?. Thanks for any advice / info

Similar but instinctively Iwould say no. There should be traces of where the RZM label was sewn to the inside of the front flap. Can you see anything there? See this one for the location:
