I'm afraid not.

The blurred heads of the letters, the missing accented strokes of the "1" of the 101 and the different depth of the single numbers of the award number, note the different thickness of the M and the numbers, the edges etc, etc...

I don't know about the letters etc but the side view shows what looks like a filed edge instead of it being sheared as is the case with originals. On balance I would avoid this badge.

I agree with crack....those aren't shear lines.
