M1/120 HJ Honor Award with Bezitsurkunde

Hi,

Has someone here a M1/120 HJ Honor Award together with the Bezitsurkunde? I have 133549, 133782, 58984 and 19454 on an a very old list of mine with the combination with the document but I sadly kept no picturer from these sets.

I have pics of badge number 133549 but at the time I copied them there was no Besitzurkunde with it.
