my extra lanyards and a question about the short red one

Happy New Year to all!
Well I got a few extra lanyards i want to sell,whicxh I all know but there is the red one in the color of Bannführer which i am not shure about.
the length is like the normal ones about 32cm, but the knitting is not as long as the regular ones. May this be a Pfeifenschnur? but why is it red, is it maybe not HJ but what is it then?

The main part of the red lanyard for Stellenleiter in Bannstäben was short like yours see here but the loops are too long which would have not allowed it to be worn correctly so possibly yours is a whistle lanyard like you said.

Yes, this has always interested me too. Was the rank lanyard a completely different item to the whistle lanyard? Anything in the regulations about this guys?
