One appears to be pink piped and the other red . Both look good to me .
 
I hadn't looked closely and assumed it was faded red but your correct it is not fading! I have limited references at this point... The piping denotes? The Bann? Does it help to date the cap?
 
Pink is motorized HJ , Red is basic HJ .
 
Having some pretty serious color discrimination issues (color blind though that term is kinda misleading) means I must rely on others!
