This looks to be an earlier NPEA style school single strap . I hope somebody from our forum gets it .

Auction just ended ... 216 euro thats 250 US dollars .

I don't know about the cap, but the strap looks okay. Jungmanngruppenführer cord is nice looking for me. High price is the cap is bad, bargain if it is good.
