I found this document illustrating the organization of an NPEA school and an Ordensburg (unfortunately the format is too small to be readable)

What a coincidence. I got in touch with the guy who made that a while back as he seemed to know the ranks and the corresponding insignia. I was going to use the information for a thread on the NPEA school ranks. Unfortunately he didn't have a source that he used when making the graphic. It's good work though from a graphics point of view.
