That’s Edgar Lehembre , with Jetje Claesens next to him. Edgar was the senior leader of the NSJV and Jetje was the leader of the of the DMS.
Not the best photograph but here’s the same insignia Jetje is wearing on her jacket. It resides safely in our NSJV - DMS archive now.

Thank you for the precision Kevin, it was very difficult to see the detail in the photo. It's a magnificent badge
Can you explain why the patch has the colors Red-white-blue and not a lion oe something else?
THANKS

Hi, it’s not red but orange. The reason for it is because the NSJV was mostly controlled by the VNV , who , in contradiction to the DeVlag who controlled the Vlaamsche Jeugd and later was partially responsible for the formation of the official HJ, where advocating for the formation of a autonomous Dietsche state , consisting of Flanders, the dutch speaking part of the rest of Belgium, and the Netherlands , with the Dutch “Prinsenvlag” which is orange , bleu , and white as their state flag , within the Germanic empire.
Where the DeVlag was in favor of joining the greater Germanic Empire as it was the vision of Germany. This is also the reason why you see the NSJV carrying the “Blauwvoet” bird in their logo , instead of the single Sig rune and later the Swastika in the logo’s of the Vlaamsche Jeugd , which fell under the control of the Devlag from 1943 , for just a very brief period before the formation of the official HJ - Vlaanderen occurred. Resulting in all other NS Flemish youth organizations seizing to exist , including the NSJV.

This is just a brief explanation of everything that occurred between the different youth organizations and a great power struggle that had grown between the VNV and the DeVlag, which eventually ended with the DeVlag/ Germanic SS Flandern coming out victorious as they (obviously) gained the support of the Reichsjugendfuhrung and the ReichsFuhrer SS.

I’m currently working on a much more elaborate article about this whole story but I already wanted to share it in big lines here as an explanation considering the colors on Jetje Claessens badge.

Here’s a much better and more clear photograph of that badge as well , showing that it’s actually orange instead of red. 😉

thank you Kevin, I had never made the connection between the NSJV badge and the Dutch “blauwvoet”! It’s quite obvious !

Your very welcome , the origin of the Blauwvoet as a symbol used by Dutch speaking youth organizations has always been Flemish and was used the first time by Albrecht Rodenbach in 1870 when he founded the first youth organization bearing the mysterious bird in it’s logo.

Bannheer : I found this online a while ago
