Hello, I think the pennant is okay and dates back to the early years, around 1934 to 1936.

The "OG" could mean local group ( Ortsgruppe ), which would fit with the League of German Girls (BDM).

The only place with a similar name is Lommersum (district of Euskirchen). So this is an unusual mix of upper and lower case letters.
And yes, Steve is right, OG means Ortsgruppe/local group.
