Bann 401 (shoulderstraps) is not Süd Baden as it says on the triangle, but Süd Württemberg. The triangle is also with white letters = BDM

The lanyard is green, which means a rank of HJ Scharführer – then there should have been 2 pips on the shoulder straps

Sorry, I wouldn't buy it.
