Is this normal for the flags to only have one patch, or where they messed with?

I would avoid this guy, he's a real snake in the grass. The flags look odd to me. He's been listing more garbage than the norm recently at breakneck speed.
 
Looks like wittman's backyard ...avoid that snake like the plague .
 
It is easy to make two flags if you have one set of unit corner patches... Wittmann does not make any note about only one patch on each flag. He should know this is not normal for such flags..

Wittmann is making mistake after mistake recenly. I do not know if it is fair to say that he is a "snake" but he is looking very bad.
