Original winter uniform?

This has been sold as an original HJ winter uniform.
Is it even HJ?

Not easy to say from the photos.
Maybe early 1930s pre RZM. I am not convinced to say the least.
Would like to see the shoulder areas, the inner sides of the cuffs.
Are there any labels at all? Size looks ok. Colour is at least very faded.
Colour should be checked, turning the item inside out.
