This young man is wearing a Golden Hitler Youth Badge (Das Goldene Hitler-Jugend-Abzeichen) and next to it what appears to be the 1943 Siegernadel in Laurel Wreath Closed (Silberne Siegernádel)

Hello, the badge in question is not '1943 Siegernadel in closed crown version' It is the HJ deutsche arbeiter jugend membership pin, early variant. The photo below is one off google, not in my collection.
