There were also Hitler Youth groups that wore such pennants. Especially in the early years, there were many variations, as there were no regulations for them. However, the size fits a BDM group pennant, which doesn't have a number embroidered on it.

Hello Pimpf. I agree with you. It is exactly the size of a RZM BDM pennant. Without number stitched , it may represent the BDM in général.
Thank you for your answer. Very kind of you.

how do you know it is RZM? These pennants were NOT ever discussed in
any of the issues of the Mitteilungsblatt der RZM, nor in the Herstellungsvorschriften!

Hello Pimpf. This one is exactly the same and has a RZM tag sewed on it.

The only flag mentioned that I have ever encountered in regulations (1936) is the Tragfahne 300 (dimensions: 150 x 90 cm). An orange label was intended for this flag, without any designation, only with the manufacturer's number, serial number, and TA/A4.

Thank you Jack for your reply.
So we can say that we can find RZM tag on pennant or flag which are not in the RZM regulation

No, that would be the wrong conclusion. Only the large Tragfahne is referred to in the regulations; everything else, as Wim said, is not.
Not regulated – no licence required – no tax label.

Yes, I don't see any RZM sources that describe the flags/pennants and their sizes but these (and the full descriptions) are shown in various catalogues and publications from 1933 (Die Uniformen der HJ 1933/4) and of course in Verordnungsblatt der RJF III/1 dated 21.5.1935 which standardised youth flags and pennants. Something with an RZM tag should logically be of a size that is shown but I don't see a pennant with the dimensions 50x90 in the sources that I mentioned. The pennant shown by michelin has three clips and the appearance of an unstitched (unit number) Mädelgruppe pennant but these were much bigger at 58x104cm

@michelin
