The back of the card shows part of a painting. This is because the 1939 Reichsparteitag did no go through, because of the outbreak of war. The sheets on which the postcards were printed were then used to print an image of a German painting. Hence the cards of the 1939 RPT have all on the back these colorfull painting parts.
