I have seen the armband and read they are related with Hj as leader/squad leader of HJ but I have not found more information about it.
Do you think it’s real? Is it HJ related??

Yes, as I said the translation for it it’s squad leader but have no idea if it’s related with HJ or for what it is the armband or even if it’s real

Usually, a Riegenführer is a person who leads a team in sports competitions - especially from gymnastics, the term rings a bell. It is rarely used today, but it is used, for example, in the Bundesjugendspiele.
Is this piece real? I have no idea. But I don't really like these small eagles, one hanging rather below and the other in the middle of the line.

Jack is right, it has anyway to do with gymnastics.
The word is hardly ever used these days. I found the word Riege in an old "Duden",
where is is said to be a niederdeutsch word.
