That is indeed an interesting B. I actually prefer that one to the official 1936- version :) Nice one.
 
I would like to extend this thread with another example from my collection, because I think it would be a shame if we only dealt with AHS or NPEA area triangles. Somehow all area triangles have their own peculiarities, different fonts and states of preservation.

Indeed the font of the "B" is very interesting . I am even more surprised that the "S" seems to lean to the left. While the "B" of the area triangle reminds me of the "B" of a Berlin sleeve triangle. I don't know of any other triangle that has a letter that is so noticeably leaning to the left. It doesn't seem to be a manufacturing defect, but the entire series from that time has this feature. What do you think?

Tatsächlich ist die Schriftart des Buchstaben "B" sehr interessant. Noch mehr überrascht mich, dass das "S" sich nach links zu lehnen scheint. Während das "B" des Gebietsdreiecks mich an das "B" eines Berlin Gebietsdreiecks erinnert, kenne ich bisher kein anderes Dreieck das einen Buchstaben besitzt, der so auffällig in die Richtung nach links angelehnt ist. Es scheint kein Fertigungsfehler zu sein, sondern die gesamte Serie aus der Zeit weist dieses Merkmal auf. Was meint ihr dazu?
