To me, it looks like West. If it’s supposed to be a place name from the list, Wolgast would be the most likely candidate.

Here's a postcard I found online showing the buildings of the Seeberufsfachschule in Elsfleth on the Weser. While searching online, I found that the address is Peterstrasse 41 in Elsfleth. On Google Maps, I found a building that looks like the one in the lower left corner of the postcard. What do you think?
