Hi Nazarel

In my opinion - judging from the pics - it is a nice original HJ knife. (y)

It is the early type without ricasso on the blade. The manufacturer with the "Christmas tree" logo is: Wilhelm Halbach, Solingen-Foche (RZM M/7-35)

Please tell me, how valuable and rare is this manufacturer?

The producer mark is pictured in Johnsons book "Collecting the Edged Weapons of The Third Reich” vol. 5, page 238 as an "Uncommon Proofmarks 1933-45".

Personally, I don't think it adds any significant additional value, but it's always nice to have something that's not quite ordinary.

I myself have had one from the same manufacturer, and I sold it at the "regular" price.
