The obverse side of the wimpel is shown upside down. It appears to be a Landjahr wimpel. I've flipped the photo to show it correctly.

I like the design, the structure but it is very difficult to say with your picture if the item is ok or not !

13 inches by 7 inches, I assume this is what I see described as a 'bicycle pennant'?

I also like it but the originality is difficult to determine. It is always better when you have such things in your hands and can compare.

Could definitely be legit and Landjahr as others have said.
