What are these boys?

The patch on left arm is of same type as patch for the Fliegertech. Vorschule. But there seems to be more text lines, and unfortunately it is not possible to read the text.

Any ideas?

Is it possible that it is a Luftwaffe technical school patch? I remember see one that was similar to it.
