I've seen a rare set of post 38 Bann Munich straps for Signals HJ in a collection this week, those are indeed rare.

All the pre 38 Bann Munich straps I've seen are in great or unisssued condition, it suggests a stash find of some type to me.

The lot sold for 445 Euro. The Bann Munchen straps would sell for around 300 Euro at most European dealer sites. Not too bad of a price if you can unload the rest of the stuff for a couple hundred Euro.
