Okay, there was one HJ-Wiki permission set so that you couldn't view the contents of a specific page type. Fixed now. You can access the Higher Leader lists normally now.

HJ-Wiki tab --> Wiki - History and Organisation--> higher leaders1 (click on the link that you see on the page)--> scroll down to the Table of Contents and select the Gebiet.
