Hi chaps - any reason this one would have a blue paper label instead of the normal red one? Thanks

The blue colored Rzm tags were early pattern .

Hello ,
i m not sure that a 1st typ RZM tag should be on a 2 nd pattern triangle .
anyway is this triangle a good one.

Hello,

This Armdreieck (triangle) is of the 1936-1938 manufacturing (EPOCH 2) and that means that the blue tax tag is the right one. The 1936 RZM regulations are the first truly restrictive regulations, especially concerning the font to use on triangles.

As soon as possible, I'll make a post regarding EPOCH 2.

Best regards

Thanks Bertl and debertex ... I very much like to read all of your comments. One can learn a lot here - that´s why I always love to "study" here something new.

I wouldn't put it in such absolute terms. For a type 2 triangle one should expect a blue tag until March 1938, but for triangles produced after that, of course, red tags.
Note: The blue RZM tag should have a " halb" (half= 1/2 Pfennig tax) on the right, the red label an antiqua letter "A" on the left.
You can still see the "h..." on the right in the photo.
