Thanks for the replies, ive just been thru her ausweis tonight and she was born in 1922, making her 12 when she competed in the sports day, this ausweis is dated 1942, the enteries make me belive she was part of a luffty flak unit on searchlights, joining in 1940, she's awarded the war service cross on the 20.4.44 , theres another entry for 1.944 but cannot make it out.

Great groupings. Forgive my ignorance, but what's that gold leaf in the pic with the SS sport patch?

hi pat, its his DRL gold badge sports certificate, i researched the guy fully, i have many things from HEINZ LEHLE ,even the front of the cover has the runes impressed in it, a super group i got for 400 pounds a couple of years ago.
