I saw this cap on a dealers website :

Here is the description .......

Original era manufacture. Rough texture olive green cotton hat with machine sewn HJ emblem on its front. Olive green rayon lining with a machine sewn RZM tag, inkstamped size 57 and the letters AHS (Adolf Hitler Schule) in a box. Near new condition.
I have never seen an HJ cap made from this material before , either a well made fake or a rare good cap made for drill/work duties at an AHS achool .

It's the same rough texture used for the brownish drell jacke. Here a photo of the interior :

you would surely sweat like a beast in that material. Be pretty itchy too i guess.
