another, 198108... anyone who does not see the problems, well from my point of view, there is no help. This badge below was send to me By Toby, he listed it as Good, but let me buy it from him at cost price, i cant remember, but i think around £25.- ?? anyway, here are a few pictures.

Yes, I let Jo have it at cost (as per his offer), so as to assist him in his research. Incidentally, the badge was ex. Phil Baker Collection. I'll have to ask him when he acquired it: would be interesting from a timeline perspective.

Second of all, thank you Garry and everyone else who dug up the info on these badges with the 'striped' serial numbers.

I just found it today and it was so unusual that I had to grab it. Kind of a unique piece I guess.
