Is there any evidence that this badge existed as a stickpin and that it came with a red diamond? I only know the standard Reichssportwettkampf version in grey/silver with reverse pin like the one in the middle here:
There was a "Goldene Siegernadel" for the Jugendmeister which was replaced by a different badge in 1942 but that looked different to the one Jakob posted. Here's the 1940 gold Jugendmeister pin of that type:

No, the stickpin shown is a post war cast piece of crap, value zero.

Not quite sure what else to say really?
It is a horribly cast item (not struck) with a flat pin (for this period and kind of stickpin the pin would be knurled - check the multitude of other TR pins around the same period)
The horrible reverse is a dead give away. There is, unfortunately no "maybe" about these, they are known fakes, nothing like the originals.
It is, to be frank, a worthless horrible piece of junk.
