These are the serial number and consecutive number of the RZM tag.
The RZM-licensed company had to purchase such a tag from the RZM for each individual product beforehand. Only then was the product allowed to go on sale.
The photo shows such an RZM invoice for the tags. This generated not insignificant income for the NSDAP.
