Unusual Jacket and a funny face, HJ Bann 215 Oschatz

I just came accros this on ebay.de,
the seller has more photos (actually they are photo negatives!) from Bann 215 Oschatz.

I just wondered what kind of jacket the "böse Junge" is wearing?
Just some private rain coat? Any ideas on that item?

Great photo. Yes, this is a private raincoat. There was no official HJ waterproof jacket of that type. The HJ-Regenumhang (rain cape) was first introduced in July 1936 so prior to that I would imagine that the boys wore what they had - within reason.
