Following is a discussion this weekend between two collectors is made me leave that there was a green hj badges to be saying the navy, I haven not find Doc.
c is like the color blue badge is really regulation?

If you by writing "hj knife green triangle" means that the gripinlay in a HJ knife could be green, then stay away from that knife , the gripinlay in a regular HJ knife can ONLY be the black/red/white ones (Like the 2. pattern membershipbadge). I have seen blue, green and orange/yellow ones but i.m.o. all fakes .

These knives with the colored diamonds that are said to be "MHJ", "Flieger HJ", "Ostland", etc etc are an example of collector lore and opinion based upon guessing or what a dealer has said. All fake.

Are the collectors you were having the discussion with 'dealers'?

I ask because at least one dealer sold a knife with a green diamond as genuine. And he should know better.

I agree with all the replies above - if it isn't red and white, don't touch it!

Apart from being all fakes, they are rather ugly, I'd say! the red-black-white diamond in a HJ knife is so nice!
