HJ sleeve triangle "Nord Nordsee" in brown cloth?

hi guys, i read somewhare that these colour of triangles existed in the period, now whats your opinion did they? heres the only pic of one i could find i dont know if its original or not?

For me the jury is still out on this one. I can't find anything in the Saris reference on this one. Angolia shows one in his book. A couple of guys here have said this colored one is a fake. Just too many issues for me.
