The lists start in post #2 below! It's always good to know who once owned your badge but there are no full lists of recipients known for the achievement badge series so how about we start a new long-term project? Like the Gefolgschaft, Fähnlein list this will depend on documentary evidence...

Your ID gives me the info that the Jungbannführer of Jungbann 323 (Oberjungstammführer Otto Lieberich) was in command in 1940 (I only had him for 1938). The ID also shows me that Fähnlein 27/323 covered a different area in 1940.
It is always useful to have the award date for the achievement badges but name, unit etc are also useful. Can you show the ID in full please?
