It is a really good project. I've spent most of today trying to hunt down Besitzurkunden and surviving badges and it's quite surprising how few of them are out there on the forums and websites. A whole day of looking and I only turned up six new entries for my list and about 10 good badges plus one fake for your list (every other M1/70 I found was already listed :thumb: ) The M1/128, BM1/122, RZM 67 and sundry "variants" crap is of course very easy to find...

Cheers, can you believe we have 59 already! Man, we don`t have anywhere near that for the genuine badges..... 59 I tell you.. and quite a few follow-on numbers too...
Really helps put it all in perspective when it`s laid out like this.

The page for badge 9030 is still up Jo and he gives the following old chestnut as the bait:

Note: Niemann's 'Orders & Decorations Germany' 1871-1945 (p331 shows an identical Honour Badge with number '9198'.

I don't have that book to check myself but it seems that 9198 should take its place on the list :thumb:
 
Cheers, added, Detlev only but screwed the hobby up for sure.. must be a whole army of liliput Niemann`s out there, all collecting according to the law of Niemann.
